Geico calls Md. judgement on the use of radar detectors

The 18 months of war between Geico Corp. and Maryland’s Insurance Commissioner on radar detectors is back in court.

Geico and the National Safety Council have appealed Insurance Commissioner John A. Donaho ‘recent judgement that prohibits insurers demolition or refusal to sign or renew auto insurance because the only use or possession of radar detectors.
